House: Mechanical Walkthrough

For all of you who are curious about our most recent trip to Nashville to do the first walkthrough of our home, here are some pictures. First is the forest of studs that is our second floor. I was standing in the bonus room looking at the back of the house when I took this picture, so you are seeing bedroom #2, the laundry room, and the second bathroom. Pretty nifty, huh?


Since none of the other pictures from the inside are much more interesting, I'll spare you from seeing them. Onto the outside of the house! In case you've had trouble visualizing what it will look like, this will hopefully help a little. The reason the pink wrapping looks different in the two pictures is that the wrapping company screwed up and used the wrong wrapping, so they went through and re-wrapped the whole thing. So, we got a double-wrapped house. I'm hoping that means we'll have better protection against humidity.
