New Pan
Our 5 qt sauce pans are starting to fall apart and are no longer nonstick. Although what can you really expect out of a $5 pan? The other day we were able to get a nonstick Foodnetwork 5 qt pan courtesy of my parents (Thanks!!!). It was amazing. It is not even that high quality, but compared to the other one it was quite impressive. It has really good heat transfer and is nonstick. I also got a new spoon for stirring. The spoon however failed to stand up to power of turmeric and is currently an icky yellow-green-black color. I will have to come down some night and see if it glows in the dark.

Nice pan, what were you making?
it is the black pepper chicken. i believe there is a previous post with a picture of the finished product which looks a little because it has yogurt in it.
