Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes

I found this recipe the other day and just had to make it.  I managed to eat half of a cupcake.  The other half fell to the floor.  Several of the other residents said they were delicious and perfect for breakfast. So here they are Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes.  The frosting and cupcake both taste like chocolate chip cookies and there is fake chocolate chip cookie dough in the center and the bonus is the chocolate chip cookie on top.
